If we aren't using cash system? What can I waive a player for ? To either gain value for a player or entice another team to claim

You can trade/waive RPs
Its the same as cash just easier to track and you can only spend them in the offseason

There will be an Offseason "RP Store" I assume. There will be multiple different packages you can buy with your RPs. It can be both creative, boring, useful and useless all in one offseason.
