Draft classes will be sorted in the same format as I did in gtsl. Players who fell in lotto between a 4 yr period will be combined and ill use randim.org to determine the 14 players from the pool that nominate. Non lottos automatically declare.
So the 97 file will have all non lotto players from the irl 97 class. Players drafted in the lotto between 97-00 will be placed in the pool. Declarations will occur early in the Season. Players will enter the same age they entered irl.
