Creation Draft would likely be 6 rounds, whatever contract they have after gripes is the contract they have entering the draft. Snake draft order, order determined via random.org.
Once draft is done a FA period will be run to fill rosters.

Creation draft always sounds fun then takes weeks to compete and ends up way too complicated.
